KeyRing – Fairer Justice For All – young people with learning disabilities and autism in the criminal justice system
Although there is an increasing interest in both Youth Justice and neurodiversity within the Criminal Justice System, there is a lack of information on neurodiversity amongst young people in the Justice System.
This review aims to address that gap, by building on the recent literature on neurodiversity in the Criminal Justice System, interviews with young people and interviews and round table events with practitioners from the Criminal Justice System and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCos) from schools.
