Manager, Connect Fund

Ruby joined the trust in August 2022 as the Manager of the Connect Fund. She has spent seven years in Berlin, working with digital marketplace start-ups across Africa, social enterprise funds, social businesses and a network for corporate social innovation. She has experience in stakeholder and programme management, communications and research in the social enterprise and innovation sector. Ruby is passionate about systems change through the power of social business models and blended finance. She has completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the UCL’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose.
