Remembering the kindness of strangers: Division, unity and social connection during and beyond COVID-19
COVID-19 has caused unimaginable hardship and suffering. Many of us lost loved ones, struggled with loneliness, uncertainty about the future or the loss of a job. Drawing from six online discussions and two nationally representative surveys, this report reflects on these trends, discussing division, unity and social connection during and beyond the COVID-19 crisis.
