Annmarie Lewis OBE

Head of Criminal Justice 

Annmarie Lewis OBE is Head of Criminal Justice.  She brings extensive experience in youth, racial and criminal justice reform to the post. Annmarie has been dedicated to driving structural and systemic change throughout her roles. Her career spans 30 years, spanning public, private and nonprofit sectors, most recently within HMPPS, where she was the National Culture Lead, spearheading initiatives to improve institutional cultures and initiate national reform.

Annmarie has held former roles as Youth Inclusion Policy Advisor (YJB), Head of Positive Change (London Youth), and Head of Culture and Strategic Leadership (HMPPS Youth Custody Service), where she established their first National Strategic Youth Advisory Board. Additionally, Annmarie is the founder of Just Leaders Ltd, a consulting organisation focused on justice-centred leadership and culture transformation across diverse sectors.
