Caroline joined us as Director of Finance and Administration in August 2025.  She has overall responsibility for the finances, HR and IT/facilities, and serves as Company Secretary.  As part of her responsibilities, she works with the Board and our investment manager to monitor the Trust’s investment portfolio, ensuring that it aligns with our policy and approach to responsible investment.  She also works closely with our Head of Social Investment Kumar Ghosh.  Caroline qualified as chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked for nearly 20 years in the aid/development sector prior to starting with the Barrow Cadbury Trust.
