Interim Criminal Justice Programme Manager

Heather is our Interim Criminal Justice Programme Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from a seven-year UK government career. During this time, she led strategic planning and social research at the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and was seconded to the Barrow Cadbury Trust to lead work on implementing its evidence base in the probation service. Heather is the Director and Founder of Ase Creative Solutions, a purpose-led policy and management consultancy, and is a guest teacher at the London School of Economics, as well as on the Advisory Panel for Probation Learning.
