Laura joined Fair By Design as Public Affairs Manager in December 2025. Before joining, Laura worked across the social justice sector, focusing on homelessness and young people. She has led teams working on external affairs, public affairs and communications, ensuring government, Parliament, media and partner organisations placed the knowledge of people with lived experience at the centre of decision and policy making.
